Open Day programme

Most Open Day activities will take place between 9:30am and 4pm.

Open Day talks, taster lectures and tours are included in our booking system for you to add to your ticket. View, add or remove activities from your booking at any time using the ticket link in your confirmation email.

While we hope not to change any activities, there may be rare occasions where sessions are moved or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Student experience and support activities

Learn about accommodation, careers, disability and learning support, fees and funding, sport, student life, study abroad, wellbeing, and widening participation.

Subject and admissions activities

Speak to our admissions teams and attend subject area talks, information desks, taster lectures and tours.

Medicine activities

We offer a visit to the Medical School at the Chancellor's Building (BioQuarter campus).

Veterinary Medicine activities

We offer a visit to the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies at the Easter Bush Campus.

Other Open Day dates

All undergraduate subject areas will be represented at every Open Day, and will offer an introductory talk and an information desk to speak with staff.

However, the timings of individual activities will be different in June and autumn, and there may be some variation in additional sessions offered like taster lectures and subject tours.

No Medicine or Veterinary Medicine campus visits 24 October

There will be no opportunity to visit our Medical School campus or Veterinary Medicine campus on 24 October, as this date falls after the early UCAS deadline for these subject areas.

Medicine and Veterinary Medicine will be represented with a very limited programme at our Central campus on this date.
