Incomplete application

You must submit a full UCAS application before the deadline and email us with any additional information required to support your application.

What a complete application includes

We base our decisions on the information you provide in your application. If we do not receive a complete application, we are unable to take it further.

A complete UCAS application includes:

  • a personal statement
  • an academic reference
  • details of your achieved and pending qualifications, including predictions for all exams that you have not taken yet
  • details of any gaps in your education such as a gap year

If there is any additional information that you need to send to us, we will have contacted you about how to supply this information.

Veterinary medicine

If you are applying for a veterinary medicine degree, you must submit a Work Experience Summary by the 22 October deadline. Without this, your application will be incomplete and we will not take it into consideration.

Non-UCAS degree programmes

For the following undergraduate degree programmes, you do not make your application through UCAS:

  • MBChB HCP-Med for Healthcare Professionals
  • BA Childhood Practice
  • BVM&S North American applicants to Veterinary Medicine (Graduate Entry Programme 4-year programme)

You should check the applying process for these programmes to make sure you have submitted a complete application.
