Subject and admissions activities

Speak to our admissions teams and attend subject area talks, information desks, taster lectures and tours to find out what it's like to study with us.

Book in advance

We list all talks and tasters in the registration form, and booking in advance will reserve a place for the prospective student associated with the booking. We allocate remaining spaces on a first come, first served basis on the day.

Many subject tours require advance booking, but if a session is listed as a 'drop-in' this is not required.

If there is limited space, we will prioritise prospective students over accompanying guests; we appreciate your co-operation with this.

Information desks do not require an advance booking and are open to all registered visitors, including accompanying guests.

Admissions

Our admissions staff will be available at information desks to provide one-to-one, tailored advice on applying to the University.

You should ask questions about applying and entry requirements here rather than at subject information desks.

Information desk

10am to 4pm

McEwan Hall, Lower Ground (Central campus)

Talk

We will publish a pre-recorded talk here closer to the event, as talks are not possible on the day. This will provide general advice and guidance about applying to degree programmes in our College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.

  • 11:45am to 12:15pm
