Zoom

You can access the browser version of Zoom by using the link on your e-ticket. You will be able to ask questions and communicate with the presenters and moderators through the chat function.

Accessing Zoom

To access the event on Zoom, you will need your link to the session. This can be found on the e-ticket included in your booking confirmation or event reminder emails.

You do not need to download the Zoom app or other software to attend the event. We recommend using the browser version (Google Chrome for Android or Safari for iPhone or iPad). Zoom will automatically open in your browser when you click on the session link in your e-ticket.

Joining the session

  1. Use the event link to open Zoom and join the session.
  2. You will be asked to enter your name to access the session (this does not have to be your actual name if you do not want it to be disclosed in the chat or session recordings).
  3. You may also need to enter a passcode to join the Zoom session. You will see this code when you click on the session link on your e-ticket.  

Communicating during the session

During the session, the staff hosting it will be there to answer any questions you might have. 

They will explain the process for asking questions and communicating with others at the start of the session.
