Support and resources

All online students have the same support as on-campus students. You will have access to an extensive range of library resources, student support services and technical support.

Academic and personal support

Support for funding your studies

We offer a number of scholarships specifically for online, part-time postgraduate degree programmes.

IT support for online learners

As an online learner, you will have access to the same IT support as those studying on campus.

If you have technical issues while you are studying, you can get help by reading our guides about common IT problems or by contacting the IT support team directly through the IS Helpline.

Library access for online learners

Online learners have access to our libraries’ extensive range of ebooks, ejournals and databases while studying. After you graduate, you will continue to have online access to some library resources as a member of the alumni community.

Visiting libraries in person

You can visit our libraries if you are ever on campus. You can also visit other university and public libraries where we have agreements that allow access for our students.
