We collect information about you when you complete the online form to request a printed copy of one of our publications and if you opt in to receive more information about undergraduate study at Edinburgh. Your information will be collected and held by our designated fulfilment partner who will use it to send you the publications and information you have requested. Only we, the University of Edinburgh, and our designated fulfilment partner will have access to your information. Retention of information We will keep your information for two years. How we will use your information We will use your information to send you the requested guide. If you have agreed to receive further communications, we may use your information to send you further printed materials or electronic communications about the University of Edinburgh, the degrees we offer and our services. We may also contact you to invite you to take part in market research or quality assurance checks. For example, we may ask you about your satisfaction with the information we provide or your experience of the admissions process.
